JANELLE’S BIO:

Janelle Nicolo is an ACE certified personal trainer and has excelled in the fitness industry as a spokesperson for health and fitness because of her passion for an abundant, healthy lifestyle. Growing up Janelle played some sports, but it wasn’t until she stepped on stage and competed in her first fitness competition that she realized this was the feeling she longed for her whole life! A switch was flipped and she no longer thought of fitness to just look good, it was more about the way she felt, the drive, the strength, the courage and passion she needed for the sport of fitness, which has all lead her to the complete healthy lifestyle she lives today!

Janelle is the 2007 ESPN Bikini America Short Class World Champion and has appeared in Oxygen magazine numerous times along with being featured in Muscular Development, Natural Muscle, Complete Woman, Fitness & Physique and Supermodels Unlimited magazines to name a few. Besides being a personal trainer and nutritional counselor, Janelle has been competing in Fitness competitions Nationally since 2004, and now coaches girls for the fitness and figure stage. She also has two healthy cookbooks and writes monthly healthy eating columns for a few national magazines.

Janelle says she’s always had an abundance of positive energy and enjoys being able to share that with her clients. She takes pride in working with clients to change their attitudes towards working out, and help them build a true commitment to health and fitness so that they can live like to the fullest!

Janelle feels there’s potential inside everyone to be the best they can be and she feels lucky to be part of their journey towards realizing that potential by educating and motivating her clients.

Body Ambition’s offices are located out of bodyco., a private training studio at 108 S. Main st. in Middleton, MA.

Body Ambition with Janelle Nicolo offers you a variety of training & nutrition options as listed below. The goal is to find what program works best for you!

BODY AMBITION SHOW PREP PROGRAMMING:

A complete nutrition and training program for anyone looking to compete in fitness, figure and bikini competitions, pageant girls and those wanting to look or be a model!

-Monthly workouts consisting of 4 weight days, 1 full body/HIIT  day and cardio guidelines (different per person).  ALL WORKOUTS COME WITH VIDEO INSTRUCTION FROM JANELLE! Every month the workouts change!

-Initial Nutrition from Janelle after reviewing a 3 day food log of the clients which is then tweaked as changes need to be made based on a “weekly client check-in” which the client sends to Janelle via email weekly.

-Recipes, guidance and motivation from Janelle and the team via personal emails and a private FB page for all the girls to push each other, share recipes, and build friendships with like minded individuals.

-Janelle will also help you pick a show, set show goals, order suits and outfits, select the proper tanner for stage and get hooked up with make-up and hair applications when needed.  She will also help guide you with your posing via in person 1-1 posing appointments or via video online if not in driving distance.

The Guided Nutritional Counseling Programs:

A  nutrition program designed to teach you how to eat the clean lifestyle without deprivation with still seeing results.  Janelle will teach you how to eat healthy for you and your family to help set you up for success for life!

PACKAGE 1 INCLUDES:

4 week plan

  • Initial consult with you to create your plan. Initial consult consists of Short Term and Long Term Goals- what is the client looking for- weight loss, healthier eating habits, tighten & tone; nutrition questionnaire and eating habits (food allergies/likes and dislikes), food journal-what it is and how to create one and an outline of what is expected from the client weekly to track and report progress
  • How to eat document- reference guide on servings, what are proteins, fats and starches etc., list of clean foods, grocery list
  • Personalized food breakdown per meal and amounts recommended by type
  • Document with examples of what to eat at each meal based on your likes & dislikes
  • E-mail access to Janelle to check-in on your progress, ask questions and revise program as needed
  • Show you how food affects your body, mind, mood and energy level
  • Teach you how to make healthier choices in any situation, even when traveling
  • Show you how and when to pair foods together to lose weight and stay satisfied
  • Teach you how to eat for specific goals
  • Show you a lifestyle rather than a diet

PACKAGE 2 INCLUDES:
4 week plan

  • Janelle’s cookbook
  • Trip to grocery store once per month with Janelle to help you make good choices and find healthy meal ideas and options. Together we will explore healthier options that are budget friendly- what aisles to go through, which ones to avoid
  • Recipe Convertor: You can submit 2-3 recipes (per month) and Janelle make suggestions of how to make them healthier. Craving that apple pie? Janelle will make it healthy for you!
  • Pantry Make-Over (Home Visit or Skype) Choose this instead of that, what to keep, what to get rid of- explain why one is better than the other.

Body Ambition will counsel and educate you on proper nutrition that will lead to a healthy and productive lifestyle while determining your nutritional needs through an initial evaluation which includes information on your current diets, lifestyle/schedule and medical histories.

One-on-one personal training:

Janelle will meet with you for an initial consultation to discuss your goals and make a plan of action in order to create short-term and long-term goals you can meet together. You’ll then receive a free personal training session to start on your journey! Sessions run 60 minutes and include stretching in the end.

Semi-Private Training:

Semi-private training is available in options of 2-4 people. Perfect for couples (my form of couples therapy), friends, co-workers, bridal parties and more!

Group Training:

Group training is available in options of 5 or more people. You will train in a circuit style and be pushed to the limit to get the ultimate calorie & fat burn! The more people in the group the cheaper the cost! So gather your friends, family, co-workers etc. for an hour of insanity!

Prescribed Workout Plan (no nutrition included)

If you are interested in working with Janelle but don’t live in the area or are on a limited budget you do still have an opportunity to work towards your goals. Janelle will work with you to help build a plan of what to do at your gym/home gym. The program includes a glossary of exercises and an instructional video of the whole program she will design for you. Janelle welcomes you to email her with any questions and keep her posted on how you’re handling the program. 4 week, 6 week and 8 week plans available.
