Well almost a year ago I wrote a post for this page after competing in Ms. Bikini America in Las Vegas-part of the Fitness America Weekend! I had competed only in the bikini division as post knee surgery I still wasn't ready to put my body through the grueling fitness workouts and routine practice. I wrote a blog on the way home from that trip, happy with my top 10 performance but still not completely sure what my future would hold in the fitness industry as far as competing was concerned.
